Here are the resistances listed for each of the undead in the Monster Manual (unfortunately they do not really form any sort of cohesive 'standard' list, other than the lich there is no reason to think that undead would be immune to polymorph) So woe betide an undead slayer hunt down undead carrying one of these weapons! But if it can drain levels, a sword of life stealing/9 lives stealer imo would 'reverse' effect, hitting the swords owner when it touches them. The DM must remember that Blackrazor exists solely to feel power and souls coursing through itself, and sometimes it may not be too picky about where the energy is coming from. Blackrazor (and you, the DM) may very well keep this little drawback a secret until the first time the sword bites into a wight or a vampire.
